Sometimes WALTR cannot locate the proper cover art or metadata. In such cases, some troubleshooting is required.
Step 1. Check if the title of your movie/music album is correctly spelled.
WALTR grabs metadata & cover art from websites like IMDB. Therefore, you will need an official title of the movie or a music album to find a match.
If it’s TV series, we suggest using the following format: “TV_Show_Name”.S01E01” (for example Sherlock.S01E01.mkv)
In this case, WALTR 2 will quickly locate the needed metadata on the Internet.
