It turns out, iTunes App Store is not available in some countries.
The iTunes App Store Error 1009 appears when you are in a blocked country and can't access the store.
Or, you have edited your credit card details. It's just that iPhone default settings are configured to work with the country of purchase. That said, credit card details and the iTunes account must match in terms of country of origin.
Finally, any changes must be notified by de-authorizing the earlier iTunes account and then re-authorising iTunes with the latest details.
