Take a few simple steps:
- Connect the iPhone to your computer.
- Open iTunes.
- Sync your iPhone (optional, but recommended).
- Right-click on your iPhone icon in iTunes.
- Select Transfer Purchase.
One more thing you might want to check... Make sure that your computer is authorized to use the iTunes store:
From the top menu bar in iTunes click Store -> Authorize computer.
Once you have authorized, please repeat the steps above.
