Apps not appearing in iTunes is not a rare issue. We have covered all you need to know to get rid of the problem.

Take a few simple steps:

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer.
  2. Open iTunes.
  3. Sync your iPhone (optional, but recommended).
  4. Right-click on your iPhone icon in iTunes.
  5. Select Transfer Purchase.

One more thing you might want to check... Make sure that your computer is authorized to use the iTunes store:

From the top menu bar in iTunes click Store -> Authorize computer.

Once you have authorized, please repeat the steps above.
