1. WALTR PRO Won’t Open

If WALTR PRO doesn’t launch:

  • Restart your computer and try opening the app again.

  • Check if your Windows version is up to date.

  • Disable antivirus or firewall temporarily, as they may block the app.

  • Run WALTR PRO as an administrator:

    1. Right-click the WALTR PRO icon.

    2. Select Run as administrator.

  • If the issue persists, reinstall WALTR PRO.

  • Delete WALTR PRO Settings file:

    • Go to C:\ProgramData\Softorino\WALTR PRO\ and delete the Settings file.

    • Please note: the ProgramData folder is hidden by default. To make it visible, click on View → Hidden items in the File Explorer menu bar.


2. WALTR PRO Keeps Crashing

If WALTR PRO crashes when you open it or during file transfers:

  • Close unnecessary background apps to free up system resources.

  • Check if your graphics drivers are up to date.

  • Try running WALTR PRO in compatibility mode:

    1. Right-click the WALTR PRO icon and select Properties.

    2. Go to the Compatibility tab.

    3. Select Run this program in compatibility mode for: and choose an older Windows version.

    4. Click Apply and restart WALTR PRO.


3. WALTR PRO Won’t Detect Your Device

If your iPhone or iPad isn’t recognized:

  • Ensure you have iTunes installed (even if you don’t use it, it provides necessary drivers).

  • Use a different USB cable or try another USB port.

  • Enable Wi-Fi connectivity in WALTR PRO and make sure both devices are on the same network.


4. File Transfers Are Slow or Stuck

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router or switch to a wired connection for faster speeds.

  • Make sure your device has enough storage space.

  • Convert large files to a more compatible format before transferring.
