By default, all your backups are stored in iCloud. The backups include all your data, downloaded apps, and files. If the storage gets full, you might want to clear it up. Let's have a closer look at how you can do that.

 

In a nutshell: Open Settings ➜ Tap on Apple ID Banner ➜ iCloud ➜ Manage Storage ➜ Backups ➜ Device name ➜ Tap on Delete Backup ➜ Now, Turn Off & Delete.
