To use a "Trial license" of our apps, the user must request a temporary license key to his mail, but sometimes users encounter problems when requesting this key.
One such issue is that the user enters the wrong email address when trying to request a trial license. Our apps system displays the following message when you enter an incorrect email address: "Error code 2010".
Typical causes for this message:
- A space was incorrectly entered in the email address;
- More than one @ symbol specified in the email.
- The email contains invalid special characters.
- Address ending type entered as: @gmail or @yahoo instead of @gmail.com or @yahoo.com.
If you are sure that the e-mail address is correct, restart the application, then re-enter your e-mail address in the trial license request field.
