If you're not satisfied with any Softorino product purchased directly from us, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We strive to ensure that all issues you encounter are resolved and that you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Please take note that this refund policy only applies to software purchased directly from Softorino, and not to those bought from third-party sellers. Also, we recommend reviewing the documentation and testing the software before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.


Refund Policy


Software developed by Softorino is provided with a try-before-you-buy option, featuring free demo versions for you to download and test before making a purchase.

If you've purchased our software and wish to request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@softorino.app via the email you used for the purchase, specifying the issue you're experiencing and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be granted only if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date, except for transactions that involved fraudulent activity. Once we issue a refund, you must stop using and delete all copies, full or partial, of the software for which you no longer have a valid, purchased license. We also reserve the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers provided to you for refunded products.


Non-Refundable Cases


Please note that Softorino may refuse refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Software bought for the incorrect platform.
  • Inability to run the software in your computing environment.
  • Inability to use the software due to user error.
  • We will not refund or credit the difference between the price you were charged and any limited-time price reductions, such as those occurring during special sale promos.
