In case SYC 2 does not recognize your device when it is plugged in, we recommend you check if iTunes/Finder detect it.
IF YES -> it means the connection is established properly. Please try to reinstall SYC 2.
IF NO -> it means the device is not connected properly. See if your iPhone/iPad starts charging after plugging in. The problem might be related to USB cable. Try to use alternative certified cable and check if the issue still persists.
If the issues still there, try the following workaround:
Reboot both your device and the computer, reconnect the device one more time, tap "Trust" and wait a bit.
Hope you solved the issue, if not -> let us know here and we will try to help you out.
